- Bai sach Choruk:

- Amok:

Typical amok dishes are amok chicken, amok fish… Amok fish is usually made from globefish or catfish. Sauce, sugar and eggs are whipped into a mixture. - Khmer red curry:
Less spicy than curry of neighboring country – Thailand, Cambodian red curry is usually made from beef, chicken or fish, eggplant, green beans, potatoes, fresh coconut milk, citronella and very little peppers, so it is easier to eat than Thai curry. - Nom Banh Chok:
Nom banh chok is very popular food in Cambodia, so in English it is simply called Khmer Noodle. As a typical breakfast dish, visitors can find this dish sold on the street pavement. Nom chok consists of rice noodles with water made from traditional spices, fresh mint, banana, cucumber and other green vegetables.
