Sokha Beach is a very beautiful place. It is almost entirely occupied by the premises of Sokha Resort, which has the agreeable consequence, that the beach is clean and it sees very little visitors. Sokha Beach Resort takes up and blocks off of Sokha Beach as a private for their hotel residents. However, a small part of this stretch of beach is still open to public. Visitors who want to spend a day on the private, uncrowded shoreline can do so by paying a small fee. The fee also includes use of Sokha Resort’s pools and facilities.
While the beach is well kept and many facilities are provided, visitors have to pay a couple dollarsfor their use and beach vendors are not allowed.It has a small public beach stretch on it’s left side and a fisherman’s village located at the far right end.
Wide white sand beach
Sokha beach is really exquisite and will satisfy even the most demanding customers. It is also a fantastic beach for families with young children as the drop off is very shallow. The beach is always clean and the water sparkling. At the near end of Sokha are a few hillside and cliffside bungalows.
