You will have to purchase your ticket from one of these small carriers, if you want to fly from Yangon to another city like Bagan or Mandalay, as only domestic airlines operate within the country. More terrible, if you do not get acquaintance already in the country arrange the tickets in advance, you may be have to wait for a long time until you reach there and buy your airline ticket from a tour operator or a travel agency. And you should budget for the tickets and bring enough money you need with you as you almost always have to get tickets in cash.
