- Tonle Sap Lake
Tonle Sap is the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia and the most important lake in Cambodia. The lake widens and changes dramatically each season. From November to May, it is dry season in Cambodia, water in Tonle Sap is shallow. Meanwhile, in the rainy season, the level of water is much higher with many floating villages of inhabitants there.
