| Day 01 Siem Reap Arrival |
| Welcome to Siem Reap. You are welcomed at the airport by our tour guide and transfer to the hotel to check in. This afternoon, you will experience the remork (tuk tuk) to get to Angkor Wat. To get a general view of spectacular Angkor, you will be on a tethered helium balloon that takes you up to 120m on the air. After that, we will drive to see Angkor Wat – the symbol of Khmer people built from 12th century. Apsara Dancing dinner. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap. Meals: Dinner |
| Day 02 Siem Reap |
| Continue your visit to the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the largest as well as the most complete temple of Angkor Wat. This architectural masterpiece was constructed in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares. We stroll around this massive edifice, seeing the many galleries with Columns, libraries, pavilions, courtyards and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple. Afternoon, you will explore the jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm is an incredible sight. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man’s creation being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature. This is also where Tomb Raider was filmed. Return to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch |
| Day 03 Siem Reap – Tonle Sap |
| Today you will embark the boat trip to Tonle Sap Lake – the largest freshwater lake in South East Asia, covering 250,000 hectares in the dry season. In monsoon season, Mekong river force the Tonle Sap River reverse its flow northwards back to the lake, spreading over the surrounding flood plain. You will visit Kompong Phluck, passing floating houses and impressive flooded forests and have a glimpse of local’s lives on the water. (From March to June, this route will be replaced by visiting the Chnong Kneas floating village due to dry season). Overnight in Siem Reap. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch |
| Day 04 Siem Reap – Sihanouk Ville |
| Free for your own leisure until transfer to the airport for the flight to Sihanouk Ville. On arrival, transfer to your hotel to check in and free for your own leisure on the beach. Meals: Breakfast |
| Day 05 Sihanouk Ville |
| Free for your own leisure. Optional join tour to Ream National Park: The park was established in 1993 on a 210 km² area on the Gulf of Thailand that includes thick pristine jungle, mangrove forests and off-shore coral reefs. It’s a nature lovers paradise with nearly 200 bird species, many kinds of monkeys and it is also the habitat of the pangolin. You will be transferred to one of Ream’s most scenic isolated beaches, called Koh Sampouch. A BBQ seafood lunch is included in this shared excursion. Overnight in Sihanoukville. Meals: Breakfast |
